With a banking app that covers a breadth of services and offerings, the UX challenge is to present all actions and options without overwhelming the user. We designed streamlined menus and eliminated clutter for efficient, intuitive navigation. To simplify user decision making, we highlighted core banking tasks like payments, transfers, and investments with a distinct UI icon style.

We crafted over 100+ enhanced features for the app, carefully curating each to enrich user interactions and functionalities. This involved translating complex banking processes into the most approachable terms for Yes Bank’s broad consumer base, ranging from Gen Z to Gen X. From simplified investment journeys to personalized offers, these additions empowered customers with greater control over their finances, fostering closer engagement and trust.

The redesigned app achieved significant traction across users online. The app has crossed over a million downloads (and counting) across Google Play and the App Store, showcasing its impact on Yes Bank’s user base, as well as displaying to the users their bank’s commitment to adopting modern banking solutions in the digital age.
