Building Medanta’s Digital Persona with healthcare UX Design
The Medanta website’s user-centric UX makes it easy to navigate and find important information. It is fully optimized for mobile, so patients can find doctors, book appointments, and access medical records with ease. We re-designed a virtual hospital where patients and doctors can interact, book or decline appointments, share reports, make payments, and maintain or update medical records from continents away—even on mobile devices.
Our UI design allows users to search for and find the right doctor based on their ailment or symptoms. They can then contact the doctor by filling out a smart form that auto-fills for existing users; otherwise, it’s quick, easy, and seamless to complete. The form also displays essential details such as consultation fees and communication options upfront.
