Who we are

The man who wears multiple hats, Tanmay is the Managing Director of ScreenRoot and the CEO of Synapse, Report Yak, and Deck Sherpa. Since his first stint with us in 2002, he has led numerous teams and projects across London, Shanghai, Dubai, and Cape Town for over 11 years.

Priyanka is a Goa Institute of Management (GIM) graduate with 12+ years of experience in managing industry-leading clients. Among her many skills, which include dancing and an insatiable appetite for chicken, she is best known for her resourcefulness and go-getter attitude.

After stints in construction, IT consulting, and political advocacy, Nikhil found his calling at ScreenRoot. He manages our business and has worked closely with clients like Mahindra, CRISIL and Tata Capital. He is an alumnus of BITS Pilani and IIM Raipur, he enjoys reading and playing badminton.

With a B.E. degree and 12 years in the industry, including 9 years in UX design, Ketan keeps up with the latest trends and constantly refines his skills. A family man, he enjoys bike rides to new places and occasional cooking.

A splendid performer in the truest sense, Ashley weaves magic through his UX design and on the piano keys. His out-of-the-box designs are a testament to his 7 years of experience. As a former founder of a design studio, he has led a team of 7 designers, showcasing his leadership and innovative vision.

Currently a UX designer and forever a cinephile, Kaushik has built diverse experience in animation and motion design for over 7 years. He can always be found working quietly and meticulously at crafting the most intuitive experiences, unless of course, it is May the fourth.

We believe that Pratyay’s love for football and a keen interest in human psychology is what drives him to create the most strategic and thoughtful user experiences. His commitment to excellence is second to none, to the point that even IIT Roorkee had to award him with the gold medal.

Sahil has his finger firmly planted on the pulse of tech. Don’t be surprised if he ambushes you with the most interesting tidbit of information you didn’t know you needed. While his designs speak volumes, you’ll often find him talking fondly about Paris, where he attended the Strate School of Design.

A B.Tech graduate in IT from Manipal Institute of Technology, Stacy brings a strong technical foundation to the team. Beyond the code, she captures the beauty of sunsets and feline friends through photography and enjoys expressing herself through painting and digital art.

Harshita is an explorer, whether that involves rethinking user experiences or driving to new destinations. Her education in philosophy drives her to read extensively, across genres. No wonder, she’s a regular at the quizzing events around Goa.

A self-taught UI/UX designer, Adithya brings a blend of technical expertise and creative vision to the team. Beyond design, he explores the written word through reading and writing, and pushes his limits with trekking and adventure sports. He even co-authored a book titled ‘Souls Voices,’ showcasing his literary side.

A design graduate and accomplished artist, Rakshita brings vibrant energy to the team. Beyond design, she’s a professional singer and performing artist, even gracing the screen with a brief appearance in the award-winning film ‘The Disciple.’ Her guiding principle is ‘Everything happens for a reason,’ fueling her optimism and perseverance.

Fresh out of IIT Bombay, Alan’s curiosity and frankness allowed him to come up with the most intuitive solutions. He loves a good challenge, fueled by his love for swimming and gaming. An explorer at heart, he doesn’t shy away from hitting the road to discover new spots around Goa.

A B.Des graduate, Jelin brings a fresh design perspective to the team. Beyond design, he fuels his creativity through a slam dunk on the basketball court and enjoys unwinding with video games, particularly those that tap into his interest in game design.

A design graduate with a passion for creation, Madhurya brings a vibrant blend of skills to the team. Beyond design, she finds joy in artistic expression through painting and delights in crafting delicious treats through baking, crocheting, knitting, and cooking.

A multi-talented artist, Ishani brings a vibrant blend of creativity to the team. Her passions range from visual arts like craft and photography to outdoor activities like birding and badminton. A film buff, she enjoys exploring the world through cinema and occasionally indulges in reading and writing.

A design graduate with a passion for storytelling, Nivesh brings a creative blend to the team. Music and football fuel his energy, while he finds artistic expression through both watching and creating movies.

With a Post Graduate Diploma in Interaction Design, Soumya brings a user-centered approach to the team. Beyond design, she channels her creativity through sketching and playing the ukulele and is eager to learn new skills, currently taking on the guitar. Inspired by Kung Fu Panda’s wisdom, she thrives on continuous learning.

A traveler at heart, Diya embraces the philosophy of going with the flow, allowing her experiences to shape her creative journey.

With over 18 years of design experience, Dhiraj is one of the old-timers on the team. His keen eye for aesthetics has transformed platforms for clients such as ICICI Bank, Mahindra Lifespaces, and TalentEdge. When he’s not busy designing, he is biking through the Ghats of Goa.

A UI design veteran with over 20 years of animation and design experience, Pradeep brings a wealth of creativity to ScreenRoot. For the past 8.5 years, he’s channeled his passion into crafting exceptional UI experiences for our team. Beyond design, Pradeep enjoys exploring creative avenues through crafting, showcasing his dedication to artistic expression in all its forms.

Chaitanya brings a creative background with his Diploma in Applied Art. A well-rounded individual, he enjoys the rhythm of tabla playing, delves into the world of music through listening, and finds solace in reading and travel. Fueled by the spirit of ‘The show must go on,’ he’s ready to tackle any challenge that comes his way.

With a background in electronics, Ransley brings a tech-savvy edge to design. A photography enthusiast, he captures the world through his lens. Beyond design, he tinkers with Raspberry Pi projects, showcasing his innovative spirit. ‘Working smarter,’ is his motto, reflected in his clean, minimalist design style.

Damodar brings a unique blend of technical expertise and design flair to the team. He unwinds with a sketchpad, conquers virtual worlds through video games, and cheers on his favorite football team. His personal motto, ‘Death is promised,’ serves as a reminder to seize the day and live life to the fullest.

A digital arts and animation specialist with 3.5 years of design experience, Ravindra brings a strong foundation and creative flair to the team. When he’s not crafting captivating visuals, he finds joy in hitting the open road on his bike and expressing himself through sketching.

Pragathi brings a strong foundation in computer science and UI UX design to the team. Beyond design, she’s a talented Bharatanatyam dancer, having performed at prestigious events like the Lusofonia Games and securing third place at the State Youth Festival Goa. Her passion for Indian classical arts extends to Carnatic music and learning the veena.

Having completed her M.Des program, Ayushi brings a fresh perspective to the team. Her passion for design extends beyond the studio, as she enjoys expressing herself through singing, dancing, and exploring the art world. The Star Wars mantra ‘Do or do not, there is no try’ serves as a constant source of inspiration, fueling her determined and passionate approach.

An engineering graduate, Shriram brings a driven and energetic spirit to the team. When he’s not tackling technical challenges, he enjoys pushing his limits with workouts and taking the lead by hosting events. His motto, ‘Get out of your comfort zone,’ reflects his adventurous spirit and willingness to embrace new experiences.

A talented architect, Vaishnavi brings a creative perspective and a love for exploration to the team. Beyond design, she expresses herself through painting, devours captivating reads, and enjoys capturing the world through photography. An avid traveler and hiker, Vaishnavi finds inspiration in every journey. Her guiding principle is ‘believing in oneself,’ a belief that fuels her creativity and adventurous spirit.

An experienced web whiz, Meliston brings a strong foundation in computer applications to the team. Beyond code, he enjoys capturing the beauty of waterfalls through photography, loves exploring new destinations.

Armed with a strong foundation in his MCA degree and 5 years of experience, Chetan is a passionate football fan, both on and off the field, and enjoys exploring new destinations. A true foodie at heart, he’s always on the lookout for the next culinary adventure.

With a keen eye for detail honed through her computer engineering, Vinita is our finest quality assurance tester. Her passion for technology extends beyond code, as evidenced by her published research on skin disease detection (International Journal, 2019). A talented musician as well, she brings a touch of harmony to the team as an accomplished sitar player.

Rohit is a bookworm and can be found reading at every opportunity he gets. His previous stint running a startup and natural flair for conversation give him an extra edge in managing projects seamlessly. However, his experience as the head of the snacks committee is one he holds dearest.

Strategy comes naturally to Errol, whether in project management or a football game. Much like the bass lines he plays on his guitar, Errol is the backbone of many delightful experiences designed by ScreenRoot.

Delivering quick and high-quality results comes naturally to Shreedipta, a true go-getter. She’s also an adventurer, often embarking on long nature walks. When her deadlines are met, Shreedipta enjoys unwinding by reading webtoons or painting.

Swastik, an MBA graduate with a strategic mind, brings a passion for exploring the world to the team. He stays informed on current affairs and enjoys diverse cuisines. An avid athlete, Swastik excels in swimming, tennis, cricket, and football, especially cheering for Chelsea. Inspired by Nike’s ‘Just do it,’ he embodies a go-getter spirit.
