PERSONALIZING DIGITAL BANKING EXPERIENCES

Kotak wanted to re-imagine its online customer experiences. We dove deeper into the functionality that Finacle provides, only to realize that personalization is what was really needed. Intuitive UI, simpler navigation, faster load times, and mobile optimization helped us achieve it.

Complex financial data and instructions were hard to comprehend. We humanized them by reducing jargon and simplifying terms. We also used charts instead of tables so users understand trends in a glance.

FILLING FORMS WAS NEVER THIS EASY

Show too many things to fill and the user thinks its hectic and drops off. We reduced the cognitive load by allowing users to fill in one field at a time. That too in a form that flows seamlessly in a visual journey.

INTERACTIVE KIOSKS CAN HELP CUT QUEUES

Human intervention calls for errors and delays. Which is why, we designed an interactive kiosk to replace the information desk. Result: lower wait times for customers and higher productivity for bank employees.
