ScreenRoot does not hire UI/UX designers. We recognise that most people have a greater bias
towards left-brain or right-brain faculties. We hire problem solvers who can don the hat of
a designer when required. This is because we understand that while theory and aesthetics are
important - the product’s intent and our client’s stories are even more important.
