The man who wears multiple hats, Tanmay is the Managing Director of ScreenRoot and the CEO of Synapse, Report Yak, and Deck Sherpa. Since his first stint with us in 2002, he has led numerous teams and projects across London, Shanghai, Dubai, and Cape Town for over 11 years.

Priyanka is a Goa Institute of Management (GIM) graduate with 12+ years of experience in managing industry-leading clients. Among her many skills, which include dancing and an insatiable appetite for chicken, she is best known for her resourcefulness and go-getter attitude.

We believe that Pratyay’s love for football and a keen interest in human psychology is what drives him to create the most strategic and thoughtful user experiences. His commitment to excellence is second to none, to the point that even IIT Roorkee had to award him with the gold medal.

A UI design veteran with over 20 years of animation and design experience, Pradeep brings a wealth of creativity to ScreenRoot. For the past 8.5 years, he’s channeled his passion into crafting exceptional UI experiences for our team. Beyond design, Pradeep enjoys exploring creative avenues through crafting, showcasing his dedication to artistic expression in all its forms.

Chaitanya brings a creative background with his Diploma in Applied Art. A well-rounded individual, he enjoys the rhythm of tabla playing, delves into the world of music through listening, and finds solace in reading and travel. Fueled by the spirit of ‘The show must go on,’ he’s ready to tackle any challenge that comes his way.

Pragathi brings a strong foundation in computer science and UI UX design to the team. Beyond design, she’s a talented Bharatanatyam dancer, having performed at prestigious events like the Lusofonia Games and securing third place at the State Youth Festival Goa. Her passion for Indian classical arts extends to Carnatic music and learning the veena.

An engineering graduate, Shriram brings a driven and energetic spirit to the team. When he’s not tackling technical challenges, he enjoys pushing his limits with workouts and taking the lead by hosting events. His motto, ‘Get out of your comfort zone,’ reflects his adventurous spirit and willingness to embrace new experiences.

Armed with a strong foundation from his MCA degree and over 7 years of experience in frontend and WordPress development, Chetan is passionate about building high-performance, user-centric web experiences. Outside of work, he’s an avid football enthusiast, enjoys exploring new destinations, and is always on the lookout for great food and unique culinary experiences.

With a keen eye for detail honed through her computer engineering, Vinita is our finest quality assurance tester. Her passion for technology extends beyond code, as evidenced by her published research on skin disease detection (International Journal, 2019). A talented musician as well, she brings a touch of harmony to the team as an accomplished sitar player.

Rohit is a bookworm and can be found reading at every opportunity he gets. His previous stint running a startup and natural flair for conversation give him an extra edge in managing projects seamlessly. However, his experience as the head of the snacks committee is one he holds dearest.

From wildlife photography to state-level basketball and late-night anime binges, Shashank collects stories—and uses them to spark great design. His gift for striking up a conversation keeps team vibes lively, while his curiosity means we’re always hunting for the next best solution. UX/UI is Shashank’s playground, and every new challenge is another chance to connect, create, and lead with a smile.

Abir joins us from West Bengal, an M.Des graduate with 6 years of design experience. He’s passionate about creating good user experiences and believes in the power of design systems. Outside of work, you’ll find him diving into a FIFA gaming session, or engrossed in a manga.

Esha, a B.Des graduate from NIFT in Accessory Design, specializes in blending aesthetics with functionality—whether it’s reimagining user journeys, building brand identities, or researching design solutions that create meaningful impact. Her curiosity drives her explorations, while her passion for writing allows her to articulate not just the what but also the why behind her designs, making her approach both thoughtful and expressive.

Manan is a designer driven by a passion for creating thoughtful and engaging user experiences. His curiosity extends beyond UI/UX into product design, sculpting, and jewelry designing, where he enjoys experimenting with different forms of creativity to keep his work fresh and expressive. Outside of work, he’s a music enthusiast and anime fan who loves crafting anime figures with the same attention to detail he brings to design.

With a Bachelor of Design from NIFT Patna, Prajjwal channels a strong ability to conceptualize and visualize concepts into workable prototypes that connect ideas to impact. With expertise spanning UX and digital solutions, Prajjwal blends innovative thinking with practical implications to shape experiences that are deliberate, intuitive, and testable. Beyond design, Prajjwal loves reading and writing poetry and maintains an active interest in sports.

Samragyee hails from Assam and holds a B.Des from NIFT, Chennai. With a keen eye for understanding user needs, she’s passionate about turning insights into better experiences through data and research. Outside of work, you’ll find her exploring new places, tasting diverse cuisines, or immersed in art, fashion, and painting.

Sadhana enjoys creating engaging digital experiences through responsive web and email development. If she isn’t working on her next project, chances are she’s trying to conquer a new game or baking something fresh in the kitchen. She loves experimenting with new recipes and believes that creativity grows both at work and beyond.

Curiosity is Neeraj’s default setting. With over 4 years of experience crafting digital experiences, he loves questioning the obvious, exploring the unexplored, and finding beauty in thoughtful details. Whether he’s designing an interface, experimenting with AI, creating digital art, or setting off on a solo journey through the mountains, he’s always chasing new perspectives.

Afraz joins us from South Goa with 4 years of project management experience. Passionate about delivering seamless digital experiences, he enjoys collaborating with teams and turning ideas into successful outcomes. Outside of work, you’ll find him travelling, exploring new places, or enjoying long drives.

Hitesh is a UI designer with nearly 5 years of experience creating intuitive digital experiences, including 1 year of dedicated expertise in product design. He specializes in Figma, design systems, and designing scalable, user-centric solutions for fintech, banking, and enterprise products. Outside of work, he loves exploring new ideas, keeping up with emerging technologies, and finding inspiration through everyday experiences.

Sagarika finds joy in the little things like, good conversations and discovering new places. She enjoys dancing and has learned Kathak for 5 years. Along with this, she enjoys crocheting and gardening. She is the happiest when she’s surrounded by her people or being in nature.

Transitioning from a Data Analyst and Tableau Developer to a Product Designer gives Parag a uniquely analytical edge. Currently dedicated to crafting digital experiences with AI, he leverages his data background to turn complex insights into flawless, intuitive solutions. Outside design, Parag likes sketching, reading, playing PS5 games, and maintaining a disciplined fitness routine.
